Crossing the Line |

16 or 17 Jan 1921, TEXAS crossed the equator, bound for Chile bringing King Neptune and his court aboard. Those passing through his kingdom for the first time (pollywogs) had to prove themselves worthy. Looks like a cross between Mardi Gras and Dante's "Inferno" The photos are not BB35. The single photo at the top shows a capstan at the bow and TEXAS never had a capstan in the bow area.
